MONTHLY NEWSLETTER, SEMI-ANNUAL TABLOIDAND DESCRIPTIVE BROCHURE. GOLD NUGGET DAYS CELEBRATION OF COMMUNITY ORIGINS, INCLUDES PARADE, BARBEQUE, DONKEY DERBY, COSTUME CONTEST AND MELODRAMA, ATTENDEDBY CROWDS EXCEEDING 20,000 VIEWERS.


LIVING HISTORY SCHOOL PROGRAM. HANDS ON SETTLER EXPERIENCE WITH MULTIPLE STATIONSON THE MUSEUM GROUNDS FOR 4TH GRADE CLASSES. PROGRAM INCLUDES LESSONS ON LOCAL AMERICAN INDIANS, MAIDU TRIBE.
