CHCADA ALSO PROVIDES ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.ON 4/29/2022, THE EXEMPT CORP FILED BANKRUPTCY IN SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE BK CODE AND WAS ASSIGNED CASE # 22-21095.NOT ALL THE BOOKS AND RECORDS PRIOR TO THE TRUSTEE'S APPOINTMENT WERE AVAILABLE. WHETHER SUBSTANCE ABUSE EMERGES AS A MEANS OF COPING WITH SITUATIONAL PROBLEMS, OR AS A STABILIZING FORCE WITHIN A DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY, THE CHCADA PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENT, TREATMENT, REFERRAL AND OTHER SERIVCES ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS IN LOS ANGELES AND OTHER COUNTIES. OUTPATIENT SERVICES INCLUDE INTENSIVE COMPONENTS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO NOT ONLY AVERT DRUG USE BUT DETER CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AS WELL. A NUMBER OF CLIENTS WILL HAVE, BASED UPON THE INTENSITY OF SUBSTANCE USE AND THE ABSENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS TO SUPPORT TREATMENT, A GREATER CHANCE OF LONG-TERM RECOVERY THROUGH TREATMENT IN OUR FACILITIES.
