UC-AFT REPRESENTS ACADEMIC EMPLOYEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA. IT IS THE EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT FOR TWO STATEWIDE GROUPS OF EMPLOYEES - LIBRARIANS AND NON-SENATE FACULTY - AND NEGOTIATES COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS FOR THEM WITH THE UNIVERSITY.

COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REPRESENTATION FOR TWO GROUPS OF UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA ACADEMIC EMPLOYEES: APPROXIMATELY 350 LIBRARIANS AND 4,000 NON-SENATE FACULTY. INCLUDES NEGOTIATING LABOR CONTRACTS FOR BOTH GROUPS OF EMPLOYEES.
