PROMOTES THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BY PROVIDING A RECREATIONAL FACILITY AND ACTING AS A HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION. BOTH ACTIVITIES ARE RELATED TO THE EXEMPT FUNCTION.PROVIDES RECREATIONAL USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER FOR ALL MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS, INCLUDING RENTAL ACTIVITIES.OFFERS SWIM LESSONS TO MEMBERS DURING NON-RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. SUPPORTS A SWIM TEAM SO THAT MEMBERS MAY ENGAGE IN COMPETITIVE ATHLETIC EVENTS WITH OTHER REGIONAL SWIM TEAMS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES RECREATIONAL AND ESSENTIAL ATHLETIC TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
