MOST OF THE RESIDENTS HAVE EXECUTED LIFE CARE RESIDENCE AND CARE AGREEMENTS THAT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO ASSISTED LIVING, DEMENTIA CARE, AND SKILLED NURSING, IF NEEDED.
