SKILLED NURSING - LICENSED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND CERTIFIED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN MEDICARE. EXTENSIVE IN-PATIENT AND OUT-PATIENT THERAPIES ARE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO RETURN RESIDENTS TO THEIR HOME OR ALLOW THEM TO BE AS INDEPENDENT AS POSSIBLE.
INDEPENDENT LIVING - PROVIDES PHYSICAL, CIVIC, CULTURAL, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND AN OVERALL ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO DIGNITY AND INDEPENDENCE.
