NEGOTIATED IMPLEMENTATION ISSUES SURROUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA COVERING BARGAINING UNIT 6 CORRECTIONS TO PROMOTE HARMONIOUS LABOR RELATIONS, ESTABLISH EQUITABLE AND PEACEFUL PROCEDURE FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DIFFERENCES AND ESTABLISH RATE OR PAY, HOURS OF WORK, AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.


PROVIDED GRIEVANCE, ARBITRATION AND LEGAL SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
