THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DENTAL BENEFIT COVERAGE FOR 27,778,000 BENEFICIARIES IN 2022, PRIMARILY THROUGH CONTRACTS WITH INDEPENDENT DENTISTS. INCLUDED WERE PUBLICLY SPONSORED DENTAL BENEFIT PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE ORGANIZATION, AS WELL AS 1,183,000 ENROLLED IN THE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE PROGRAM (FEDVIP).THE ORGANIZATION PAID MORE THAN $4.8 BILLION FOR DENTAL CARE DURING 2022.
