Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COUNTY, STATE AND CITY PROGRAMS. SERVICES ARE OUT-PATIENT AND ARE PROVIDED TO BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN. MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE INCLUDE COUNSELING, CRISIS INTERVENTION, MEDICATIONS, DAY TREATMENT, HOMELESS OUTREACH, SUICIDE PREVENTION, WELLNESS, INTER AGENCY REFERRAL, YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND TELEPSYCHIATRY. DURING THE 2020-2021 FISCAL YEAR, THE MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS SERVED OVER 74,000 CLIENTS AND PROVIDED MORE THAN 94,000 HOURS OF SERVICE.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SERVICES (MIS) AND OTHER CONSULTING - MIS CONTRACTS IS A SERVICE LINE THAT PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES TO COUNTIES RELATED THE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SYSTEM MANAGEMENT.KINGS VIEW PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE TO ITS CLIENTS (COUNTIES), CONFIGURES THE SOFTWARE FOR THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF EVERY CLIENT PROGRAM, TRAINS AND ASSISTS THE CLIENT IN THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, TROUBLESHOOTS AND IMPROVES CONFIGURATION ISSUES, DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS FORMS, DESIGNS AND MAINTAINS DASHBOARDS TO FACILITATE QUALITY ASSURANCE, TRANSMITS BILLING FILES AND MANAGES DENIALS AS WELL AS PROVIDE STATE REPORTING. DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT PROGRAM - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES DUI AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES IN NINE LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. DURING THE 2020-2021 FISCAL YEAR THESE PROGRAMS SERVED OVER 6,000 CLIENTS AND PROVIDED OVER 127,000 HOURS OF SERVICE.
