GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF CEMETERY AND MAUSOLEUM FACILITIES.ENDOWMENT CARECOLLECTIONS OF ENDOWMENT CARE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM LOT, CRYPT AND NICHE SALES DURING THE YEAR AS REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA LAW. INVESTMENT OF ENDOWMENT CARE FUNDS IN INVESTMENTS AUTHORIZED BY LAW. THE INVESTMENT INCOME MAY ONLY BE USED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CEMETERY AND MAUSOLEUM FACILITIES.
