THE W T MCARTHUR HISTORIC HOMEPLACE INC WAS ORGANIZED IN DECEMBER,2023. INITIAL CONTRIBUTIONS WERE THE W T MCARTHUR FARM LLC CONTAINING 211.25 ACRES OF REAL ESTATE PROPERTY AND $68 CASH AND A HALF INTEREST IN ADDITIONAL TRACT OF REAL ESTATE EQUAL TO 41.25 ACRES. THE PLANNED PROGRAM EFFORTS BEGAN IN EARLY 2024 AS THE NEW ENTITY CONTINUED TO BE ORGANIZED. THE PROGRAM IS TO FOSTER AND DEVELOP A GENERAL APPRECIATION OF AGRICULTURE ON THE FARM AND THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PAST GENERATIONS LIVING AND WORKING IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, GEORGIA SO THAT PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS MAY BE ENRICHED.
