TO MAINTAIN A CORPUS OF FUNDS COLLECTED FROM DONATIONS THAT IS USED TO PROMOTE HUMANITY-CENTERED DESIGN BY RECOGNIZING EARLY CAREER PRACTITIONERS AND EDUCATIONAL GROUPS AND TO FUND THE ANNUAL HUMANITY-CENTERED DESIGN SUMMIT.

TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE ANNUAL HUMANITY-CENTERED DESIGN SUMMIT WHICH PROVIDES A FORUM FOR NETWORKING BETWEEN EXPERTS, PRACTITIONERS AND NEW ENTRANTS IN THE SHARING OF METHODS AND EXPERIENCES, AND WHERE THE DON NORMAN DESIGN AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED.
PRESENT THE PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS TO SELECTED AND DESERVING PROJECTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHO HAVE ADDRESSED SOCIETAL ISSUES IN POWERFUL, TRANSFORMATIONAL WAYS. DNDA IS FOCUSED ON FINDING AND APPLAUDING SUCH EARLY-CAREER CHANGE-MAKERS ANNUALLY.
