(THE ORGANIZATION"), UNDER THE DIRECTION OF PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR, KRISTINE KLUSSMAN PHD, IS DEDICATED TO THE RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ON THE SCIENCE OF LIVING A DEEPLY CONNECTED AND PURPOSEFUL LIFE, AND TRANSLATING THOSE FINDINGS INTO PUBLICATIONS, NEW DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS AND THERAPIES THAT ENHANCE EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING AND THRIVING.

RESEARCH STUDIES - THE CONNECTION LABIN 2021, THE CONNECTION LAB CONTINUED WORK TO UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CONNECT WITH THEMSELVES AND WHAT THE IMPLICATIONS OF SELF-CONNECTION ARE. THIS WAS PERFORMED THROUGH A SERIES OF QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH UTILIZING BOTH DESCRIPTIVE AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES. DATA WAS COLLECTED FROM VARIOUS PARTICIPANTS IN 2021 IN A SERIES OF THE FOLLOWING FIVE PROJECTS:1. A META-ANALYSIS AIMED AT UNDERSTANDING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MINDFULNESS AND MEANING.2. A META-ANALYSIS AIMED AT UNDERSTANDING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADER AFFECT AND FOLLOWER AFFECT.3. A STUDY EXAMINING THE EFFECTS OF STRESS MINDSET AND VALUES CONGRUENCE ON WELL-BEING.4. THREE STUDIES EXAMINING THE EFFECT OF MEANING SALIENCE ON WELL-BEING DURING THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWNS5. A STUDY EXAMINING HOW MINDFULNESS LEADS TO SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING THROUGH MEANING AND SELF-CONNECTION.
