WE STRIVE TO IMPROVE AND GROW THE SPORT OF GYMNASTICS THROUGH PRACTICAL, EVIDENCE-BASED RESEARCH. WE ESTABLISHED OURSELVES AS A NON-PROFIT, LAUNCHED THE WEBSITE, AND BEGAN RESEARCHING GRANT OPPORTUNITIES. GRI PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY RESEARCH FOR COACHES, ATHLETES, AND OTHER GYMNASTICS PROFESSIONALS TO ADVANCE THE SAFETY, LONGEVITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF GYMNASTS. GRI AIMS TO BE AN IMPARTIAL RESOURCE FOR COACHES, ATHLETES, AND OTHER GYMNASTICS PROFESSIONALS. OUR VISION IS THAT THE GYMNASTICS RESEARCH INSTITUTE HELPS MAKE GYMNASTICS A LIFELONG SPORT.

WE HELD OUR FIRST TWO OFFICIAL BOARD MEETINGS, WHICH CONSISTED OF APPROVAL OF THE BOARD MEMBERS, ADOPTIONS OF MISSION, VISION, AND MOTTO STATEMENTS, ADOPTED THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, ADOPTED BYLAWS, AND PROPOSED BUDGETS FOR THE FIRST THREE FISCAL YEARS. WE REGISTERED WITH THE IRS AND WERE ESTABLISHED AS A 501(C)3 ORGANIZATION.
