DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021 THE SEVEN YEAR REQUIRED NMTC TRANSACTION CONCLUDED AND WAS UNWOUND. THE UNWINDING INCLUDED FORGIVENESS OF THE NOTE RECEIVABLE OF $6,461,600, WHICH WAS RECORDED AS A LOSS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2021.
