DURING THE PANDEMIC WE BELIEVED THAT, DUE TO THE SKILL AND RESOURCE BUILDING NATURE OF OUR WORK, IT WAS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT FOR US TO NOT ONLY CONTINUE OUR PROGRAMMING UNINTERRUPTED, BUT TO ALSO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL WORKSHOPS ADDRESSING PANDEMIC RELATED ISSUES TO HELP NONPROFITS MAKE IT THROUGH THE CRISIS. TO THIS POINT, WE REACHED OUR GOAL OF PROVIDING OVER $100,000 IN TUITION ASSISTANCE TO OUR STUDENTS BETWEEN 2020 AND THE END OF 2021. THIS DOUBLES THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TUITION ASSISTANCE PREVIOUSLY AWARDED TO STUDENTS OVER THE ENTIRE 10 YEAR HISTORY OF OUR SIGNATURE COURSE PROGRAMMING TO OVER $200,000. FURTHERMORE, 61% OF THOSE RECIPIENTS WERE BIPOC, 42% WERE LGBTQIA+, 22% HAD ONE OR MORE DISABILITIES, AND 39% HAD MULTIPLE INTERSECTIONS OF HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED IDENTITIES.
