CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY CLINIC (CCC) PROVIDED HIGH QUALITY AND COMPASSIONATE HEALTHCARE FOR CHILDREN OF UNDERSERVED FAMILIES REGARLESS OF ETHNICITY OR ABILITY TO PAY, FOCUSING ON WELLNESS AND PREVENTION. IN 2021, CCC PROVIDED 261 HEALTHCARE VISITS FOR 166 CHILDREN. OF THIS NUMBER, 2% OF THEM WERE UNINSURED, 95.0% WERE ON THE OREGON HEALTH PLAN, AND LESS THAN 2% HAD PRIVATE INSURANCE. MORE THAN 97% OF THE CHILDREN SERVED WERE FROM FAMILIES WITH INCOMES AT OR BELOW 100% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL. IN ADDITION, CCC SERVED ROUGHLY 1,200 PERSONS WITH COVID-19 VACCINES, AND PROVIDED HEALTH INFORMATION TO APPROXIMATELY 21,000+ PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE PORTLAND, OREGON METRO AREA.
