JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT (JA) USES EXPERIENTIAL PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE WORK READINESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY. DURING THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 2023, THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 26,964 STUDENTS BY PROVIDING OVER 274,444 HOURS OF CURRICULUM AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE TO OREGON AND SW WASHINGTON YOUTH. JA PROVIDES PROGRAMS TO STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE IN THREE CLASSIFICATIONS: K-12 IN-CLASS PROGRAMS, JA BIZTOWN, AND JA FINANCE PARK. JA PROUDLY WORKS WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO TRANSFORM THE STUDENT EXPERIENCE BY BRINGING RELEVANCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND APPLICATION INTO EVERYDAY LEARNING. WE ARE COMMITTED TO HELPING BUILD ECONOMIC AND RACIAL EQUALITY THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON REACHING MARGINALIZED STUDENTS IN OUR HIGHEST NEEDS SCHOOLS.
