PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO ENTREPRENEURS WHO SOUGHT TO START, RELOCATE OR EXPAND THEIR BUSINESS IN THE COUNTY. WORKED CLOSELY WITH OTHER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STAKEHOLDERS TO MAKE CITRUS COUNTY A BUSINESS FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. REDESIGNED AN INTUITATIVE AND INFORMATIVE, AS WELL AS INTERACTIVE WEBPAGE. PROVIDED RESOURCES FOR TRAINING, SHARED SPACE(S) FOR MEETINGS, NETWORKING AND COLLABORATION FOR PARTICIPANTS. DEVELOPED A BUSINESS ROADMAP DEMONSTRATING FOR PARTICIPANTS HOW TO PROCEED THROUGH THE MANY REGULATORY REPORTING, PERMITTING AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. CREATED NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, SUCH AS CITRUS CUPS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES TO LEARN FROM EACH OTHER AND SHARE THE CORE TO SUCCESS.
