ISGD WAS INITIALLY ENVISIONED BY NEPHCURE AND ITS NETWORK OF GLOMERULAR HEALTH LEADERS. IT IS NOW AN INDEPENDENT NON PROFIT 501(C)(6) ORGANIZATION.
