BULLYING PREVENTION THIS PROGRAM EMPOWERS ANCHORAGE YOUTH TO CREATE AND SHARE MESSAGES TO RAISE AWARENESS OF BULLYING AND ITS SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.
ALASKA TEEN MEDIA INSTITUTE (AMTI) THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES MEDIA AND JOURNALISM EDUCATION TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN ALASKA.
POSITIVE MEDIA AND RECOGNITION CAMPAIGN THIS PROGRAM RECOGNIZES YOUTH IN ALASKA FOR ENGAGING IN POSITIVE ACTIVITIES AND GIVING BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITY. THESE YOUNG PEOPLES STORIES ARE SHARED THROUGH THE MEDIA. THOSE SELECTED TO RECEIVE THE SPIRIT OF YOUTH AWARD ARE CELEBRATED AT A SPECIAL EVENT AND RECEIVE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS.
