ABG IS A NORTHERN LATITUDE, ORGANICALLY MAINTAINED BOTANICAL GARDEN WITH DISPLAY GARDENS, INTERPRETIVE NATURE TRAILS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS, AND RECREATIONAL EVENTS. PROFESSIONAL CURATORIAL STAFF MAINTAIN PERMANENT PLANT AND ART COLLECTIONS USING A DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS INDUSTRY STANDARDS. PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION STAFF ADMINISTER STEM AND OTHER YOUTH PROGRAMS TO STUDENTS THROUGH THE ANCHORAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT.
