ENVIRONMENT - PROVIDE DIRECT MONETARY GRANT TO NAMED SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, WHIDBEY WATERSHED STEWARDS, TO PRESERVE RURAL LANDSCAPE AND ECOSYSTEM. PROMOTE LOCAL FARMERS.
