THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS AND DISTRIBUTES BOARD-DESIGNATED FUNDS FOR AUCTION NAPA VALLEY, A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION, TO NAPA COUNTY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ACCORDING TO THE ORGANIZATION'S GIVING GUIDELINES. THE ORGANIZATION CONTAINS A LONG-TERM INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO TO ENSURE THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PHILANTHROPIC VISION AND TO SERVE AS A SOURCE OF FUNDING IN A CATASTROPHIC EMERGENCY, IN THE EVENT THE AUCTION DOES NOT OCCUR, OR THE EVENT IS TERMINATED.
