GREEN VALLEY LEARNING FUND IS DEDICATED TO RAISING FUNDS TO MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT GREEN VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THROUGH THE COLLABORATION OF PARENTS, EDUCATORS, THE SCHOOL'S SITE COUNCIL AND THE COMMUNITY.

THE FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO HELP PAY FOR THE SCHOOL'S LIBRARIAN, MUSIC DIRECTOR, COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR/SUPPORT, READING SPECIALIST, CLASSROOM AIDES, AND TEACHER ON SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT. IT ALSO SUPPORTS THE ONLINE SCHOOL REGISTRATION SYSTEM, THE MOBILE COMPUTER LAB AND PURCHASES OF ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT WHEN NEEDED, ASSEMBLIES FOR SPECIAL STUDENT MEETINGS, SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS, AND TEACHER CONFERENCES FOR TRAINING.
