THE NET INCREASE IN RETAINED EARNINGS FROM PROGRAM SERVICES PROVIDES FOR THE SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS OF THE CREDIT UNION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS OF THE NCUA AND STATE LAW.
