DISCOVERY BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE IS A COMMUNITY BASED HEALTH TREATMENT CENTER DEDICATED TO PROVIDING STATE OF THE ART SERVICES TO FOSTER RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE IN AN ACCESSIBLE, REPECTIVE AND CARING ENVIRONMENT.

CRISIS, CASE MANAGEMENT & EMERGENCY SERVICES - ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS IN APPLYING FOR AND RECEIVING APPROPRIATE MENTAL HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF NEED. CRISIS SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE 24/7. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSESSMENT, CRISIS INTERVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT AND ACCESS TO TREATMENT FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS. JMHS PROVIDES 24/7 DESIGNATED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, WHO ARE LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH STAFF, TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY WITH EVALUATION AND EMERGENCY ACCESS TO TREATMENT.
OUTPATIENT TREATMENT - TREATMENT SERVICES FOR ADULTS INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT, GROUP TREATMENT, DAY TREATMENT AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS - SUCH AS SUBSTANCE ABUSE - ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE.
PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES - JMHS' MEDICAL TEAM CONSISTS OF STAFF TRAINED TO CARE FOR THE NEEDS OF BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN. THE TEAM INCLUDES MD PSYCHIATRIST, ARNP, RN, LPN AND MEDICAL ASSISTANT STAFF WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH PSYCHIATRIC ILLNESS. MEDICATION EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE. CONSULTATION WITH PRIMARY CARE PROVIDERS IS PROVIDED.
