PROVIDES ENTREPRENEURS WITH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SUCH AS BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT, STRUCTURED EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS WORKSHOPS, ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS COUNSELING, FILL OUT PAPERWORK FOR BUSINESS LICENSES, FINANCIAL LITERACY AND HELP THEM SET UP THEIR BOOKKEEPING WITH EXPLANATIONS ON THE DIFFERENT TAXING ENTITIES AND THE IMPORTANCE OF REPORTING PROPERLY. THE ORGANIZATION CAN PROVIDE MICROENTERPRISES WITH DIRECT LOANS FOR START UP AND EXPANSION IF THEY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR CONVENTIONAL FINANCING.
