RESOURCE CENTER: THE ORGANIZATION MANAGES A TOLL-FREE RESOURCE LINE, ASSISTING OVER 10,000 CALLS EACH YEAR AND REFERRING THOSE WHO NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO IN-PERSON RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. STAFF SUPPORTS CLIENTS IN ACHIEVING CLIENT CENTERED GOALS, WHICH INCLUDE SUPPORT IN NAVIGATING SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICAL SYSTEMS, FAMILY ISSUES, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT AND ANY OTHER ISSUE RELATED TO THEIR BRAIN INJURY.


PACT- POOLED ALLIANCE COMMUNITY TRUST; HOLDING ASSETS FOR OVER 150 BENEFICIARIES AS A RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT OPTION FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LIMITED ASSETS WHO ARE LOOKING TO PROTECT THEIR GOVERNMENT BENEFITS AND/OR WHO NEED ASSISTANCE IN MAKING SOUND FINANCIAL DECISIONS. BIAWA FACILITATES SUPPORT GROUPS DESIGNED TO CONNECT SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS WITH OTHERS WHO FACE SIMILAR BARRIERS. BIAWA PROVIDES NUMEROUS OUTINGS AND EVENTS FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY BRAIN INJURY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR SPREADING AWARENESS ACROSS THE STATE. THIS INCLUDES AN ANNUAL ART SHOW, ENRICHMENT OUTINGS, & EVENTS THAT CULTIVATE A SENSE OF BELONGING.


BRAIN HEALTH AND WELLNESS: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES BRAIN HEALTH & WELLNESS CLASSES TO THE COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTING AWARENESS AND BELONGING FOR THOESE AFFECTED BY BRAIN INJURY. THE PROGRAM OFFERS NONCLINICAL CLASSES THAT GIVE THE TOOLS TO FURTHER PARTICIPANTS HEALTH AND WELL-BEING. BIAWA PARTNERS WITH OTHER COMMUNITY SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS TO BRING AWARENESS AND EDUCATION ACROSS THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOCUSING ON MARGINALIZED POPULATIONS.
