THE WASHINGTON STATE CHAPTER OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE (WSCAI) SERVES THE EDUCATIONAL, BUSINESS, AND NETWORKING NEEDS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE STATE MEMBERS INCLUDING: CONDOMINIUM, COOPERATIVE, AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS AS WELL AS THOSE WHO PROVIDE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO ASSOCIATIONS. WSCAI HAS 2,000 MEMBERS, REPRESENTING 900 BUSINESSES AND MANAGERS, 1,100 BOARD MEMBERS AND HOMEOWNERS OF COMMON INTEREST DEVELOPMENTS (CIDS) REPRESENTING TENS OF THOUSANDS OF HOUSEHOLDS. WSCAI IS ONE OF 64 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE CHAPERS NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.

WE INCLUDE ALL FORMS OF COMMON INTEREST PROPERTIES SUCH AS SINGLE-FAMILY HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS, CONDOMINIUMS, COOPERATIVES, MASTER AND SUB-ASSOCIATIONS. WE SERVE BOTH MEMBERS OF WSCAI AND NON- MEMBERS. THE PROGRAM GEOGRAPHICALLY SERVES ALL OF WASHINGTON STATE.
