YOUTH SAILING AND BOATBUILDING INCLUDING SAILING LESSONS, SUMMER CAMPS AND WOODWORKING CAMPS, SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,693 WERE AWARDED TO 265 UNDERSERVED YOUTH. OVER 1,300 YOUTH ATTENDED SAILING LESSONS, WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS DURING THE SUMMER SEASON OF 2021.
SLU AND CAMA BEACH LIVERY, PROVIDING HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN HISTORIC CRAFT AND WOODEN BOAT CULTURE, INCLUDING BOAT RENTALS AND ASSISTANCE TO ALL SAIING PROGRAMS. OVER 6,000 PEOPLE RENTED BOATS AT SLU AND CAMA BEACH IN 2021.
