THE ASSOCIATION ADMINISTERS A SOCCER PROGRAM FOR YOUTH AGES 4-19 IN THE TRI-CITIES AREA. 1,585 PARTICIPANTS WERE REGISTERED IN THE LEAGUES. THROUGH THE PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS LEARN THE GAME OF SOCCER AND ARE PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY AT A LEVEL COMMENSURATE WITH THEIR ABILITIES AND INTEREST. THE PROGRAM EMPHASIZES SPORTSMANSHIP, SKILL, TEAMWORK, FITNESS AND ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH THE PLAYING OF THE GAME, AND PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO FURTHER DEVELOP PLAYERS, COACHES, REFEREES, AND ADMINISTRATORS.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES AND MAINTAINS SOCCER FIELDS FOR USE IN ITS LEAGUE PROGRAMS AND FOR TOURNAMENTS.
