TO PROVIDE AN ORGANIZED SOCCER PROGRAM THAT PROMOTES PHYSICAL FITNESS AND EDUCATES PLAYERS, COACHES, AND THE PUBLIC IN THE SKILLS, TECHNIQUES, AND TACTICS OF SOCCER, AND TO STIMULATE AND EXPAND PUBLIC INTEREST AND UNDERSTANDING OF SOCCER. TO ENCOURAGE ALL INDIVIDUALS REGARDLESS OF AGE, RACE, COLOR, CREED, RELIGIOUS, NATIONAL ORIGIN, OR ECONOMIC STATUS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMS, FUNCTIONS, AND ACTIVITIES OF THE CLUB. TO DO SO BY FIELDING AND DEVELOPING PREMIER SOCCER TEAMS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS AGED U8 THROUGH U19 IN THE PARTNERING SOCCER ASSOCIATIONS. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO YOUTH WHO DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL NEED AND OTHERWISE NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM TO ASSIST FAMILIES WHO QUALIFY FOR FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH IN THEIR SCHOOLS. PACNW PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN IN THESE FAMILIES WHO WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SOCCER.
