EDUCATIONAL SALES AND INFORMATION STAFFING: PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL MERCHANDISE TO VISITORS, THROUGH OPERATION OF 104 VISITOR CENTER BOOKSTORES AT FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL PUBLIC LANDS THROUGHOUT THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. PROVIDED STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIST WITH VISITOR ORIENTATION, ENHANCING THE VISITOR EXPERIENCE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MILLION ANNUAL PUBLIC LANDS VISITORS, AND CONTRIBUTING TO COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP OF PUBLIC LANDS.
