PROGRAM AND CAMP ACTIVITIES - THROUGH YOUTH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, YOUNG PEOPLE WERE TRAINED TO MAKE ETHICAL AND MORAL CHOICES OVER THEIR LIFETIME BY INSTILLING IN THEM THE VALUES OF THE SCOUT OATH AND LAW. THE COUNCIL SERVED MORE THAN 3,100 YOUTH.
