TO SECURE IMPROVED WAGES, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS, AND OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, THROUGH ADVANCEMENT OF OUR STANDING IN THE COMMUNITY AND IN THE LABOR MOVEMENT THROUGH LEGAL AND ECONOMIC MEANS.
