YOUTH JOBS PROGRAM - UNCOM HAS MANAGED ITS SUCCESSFUL YOUTH JOBS PROGRAMS SINCE 2008 RESULTING IN A CASE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR OUT-OF-SCHOOL AT-RISK AND YOUTH. OUR PROGRAMMING IS FUNDED BY EMPLOY MILWAUKEE. YOUTH PARTICIPANTS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE AND FROM UNCOM AGENCIES RECEIVE SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN LIFE AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS AS WELL AS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, IN ORDER TO COMPLETE HIGH SCHOOL AND CONTINUE ON WITH POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION OR BECOME EMPLOYED.
COLLECTIVE ENGAGEMENT - UNCOM IS A COLLABORATIVE ORGANIZATION COMPRISED OF EIGHT (8) MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. THE COLLECTIVE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM SUPPORTS UNCOM'S MISSION TO STRENGTHEN CITY NEIGHBORHOODS BY PARTNERING WITH OUR MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND ENHANCING THEIR ASSETS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR URBAN FAMILIES.
