VIDAS IS STAFFED PRIMARILY BY BILINGUAL, BICULTURAL IMMIGRANTS WHO ARE UNIQUELY EQUIPPED TO ADVOCATE FOR HISTORICALLY MARGINALIZED PEOPLE. WE REPRESENT CLIENTS IN A RANGE OF AFFIRMATIVE IMMIGRATION CASES, INCLUDING DACA, SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE STATUS, ASYLUM, WAIVERS, WORK AUTHORIZATION, ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS, AND NATURALIZATION. WE ALSO REPRESENT CLIENTS IN REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS AND WORK TO ALLEVIATE THE FEAR OF DEPORTATION FOR FAMILY AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS. VIDAS SERVED OVER 850 CLIENTS IN 2021.
