PURSUANT TO THE ORDER OF LIQUIDATION LAND OF LINCOLN CONTINUED EVALUATING CLAIMS OF ITS MEMBERS NOT COVERED BY THE ILLINOIS LIFE AND HEALTH GUARANTY ASSOCIATION (ILHGA) AND REIMBURSING THE ILHGA FOR LAND OF LINCOLN CLAIMS PAID BY THE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION. ON DECEMBER 21, 2020, THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS (SUPERVISING COURT) APPROVED A 100% DISTRIBUTION ON ALL TIMELY FILED CLAIMS THAT HAD BEEN ALLOWED BY ORDER OF THE SUPERVISING COURT FOR PURPOSES OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY DISTRIBUTIONS MADE AT LEVEL (D), POLICYHOLDER CLAIMS, OF ILLINOIS' STATUTORY DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE. THIS RESULTED IN THE LIQUIDATOR DISTRIBUTING $13,518,841 OF LAND OF LINCOLN ASSETS TO POLICYHOLDER LEVEL CREDITORS IN 2021.
