THE SCHERTZ-CIBOLO-UNIVERSAL CITY ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE, TO ENHANCE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS, TO RECOGNIZE EXEMPLARY STAFF INVOLVEMENT AND TO FOSTER COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND INVOLVEMENT. THEY WILL PARTNER WITH THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO ENRICH TEACHING, INSPIRE LEARNING AND MAXIMIZE INNOVATIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL STUDENTS IN THE SCHERTZ-CIBOLO- UNIVERSAL CITY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT LOCATED IN GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS.

THE SCUC ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION RAISES AND AWARDS FUNDS FOR INNOVATING TEACHING GRANTS THAT ENABLE STUDENTS TO HAVE MORE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNFUNDED. THE SCUC ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION DIRECTS RESOURCES TO THE FOLLOWING GOALS: 1.ENCOURAGING ALL STUDENTS TO WORK AT THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL. 2.SUPPORTING STAFF FOR EXEMPLARY TEACHING. 3.RECOGNIZING STAFF FOR EXEMPLARY TEACHING. 4.BUILDING COMMUNITY AWARENESS FOR THE SCUC ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION. 5.INVOLVING THE COMMUNITY TO ASSURE A QUALITY EDUCATION FOR THE LEADERS AND WORKERS OF TOMORROW. THE SCUC ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION WAS INCORPORATED IN 2008 TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO ENRICH TEACHING, INSPIRE LEARNING, AND MAXIMIZE INNOVATIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL STUDENTS IN THE SCHERTZ-CIBOLO-UNIVERAL CITY INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
