AS A REGISTERED 501C3, WE ARE COMMITTED TO RAISING FUNDS THAT FOCUS ON COMMUNITY SERVICE INITIATIVES FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND FOOTBALL PLAYERS.

METROPOLITAN AREAS USING THE NAME, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND FOOTBALL PLAYERS WHILE FOCUSING ON FOUR KEY INITIATIVES:1. CURBING GUN VIOLENCE2. DECREASING DRUG AND ALCOHOL DEPENDENCY3. ASSIST WITH MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS4. LITERACY IMPROVEMENT WITHIN THE COMMUNITY
THE BEST IS AHEAD FOUNDATION (TBIAF) HAS CREATED COMMUNITY PARTNERS THAT HAVE ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS IN OUR COMMUNITY TO WORK WITH UNDERSERVED YOUTH IN OUR AREA. TBIAF WORKS WITH OUR PARTNERS FOR THEIR PROGRAMS AND EVENTS IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR PLAYERS TALK TO THE YOUTH ABOUT OUR FOUR KEY INITIATIVES AND SERVE AS A ROLE MODEL AND MENTOR WITH THEIR PERSONAL STORIES ON ACHIEVING THEIR GOAL OF BEING A COLLEGIATE ATHLETE. THE FOCUS IS ALWAYS ON OUR FOUR KEY INITIATIVES AND DEDICATING YOURSELF AT AN EARLY AGE TO STAY THE COURSE. WE HAVE WITNESSED INSTANT CONNECTIONS WITH THE YOUTH.
