CHILD CRISIS ARIZONA HOLDINGS IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND/OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF CHILD CRISIS ARIZONA TO SUPPORT ITS PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAMS. CCAH WAS FORMED FOR PURPOSES OF ENGAGING IN THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT (NMTC) TRANSACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE PROJECT. IN SUPPORT OF CCA'S CHARITABLE MISSION, CCAH PARTICIPATED IN AND PLAYED A CRITICAL ROLE IN FACILITATING THE NMTC TRANSACTION. CCA AND CCAH ENGAGED IN A NMTC TRANSACTION TO FUND THE CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROJECT WHICH WILL BE OPERATED BY CCA. CCAH WILL ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH UNRELATED THRID PARTY CONTRACTORS FOR NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY TO SUIT THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF CCAH AND CCA.
