THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CORPORATION ARE FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE (THE "CODE"). THE CORPORATION AIMS TO ADDRESS THE CLIMATE EMERGENCY THE THREATENS ALL OF HUMANITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT, AND THE WORLD'S INADEQUATE RESPONSE TO IT. SINCE THE YEAR 2000, CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSIONS HAVE RISEN 12 PERCENT. THE CORPORATION AIMS TO USE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO REVERSE THAT TREND.

THE CORPORATION WILL EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION WIDELY ON HOW COMPANIES CAN IMPROVE THE WORLDWIDE CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENT THROUGH CONCENTRATED EFFORTS AND PARTNERSHIPS. THE CORPORATION MAY MAKE GRANTS OR OTHERWISE PARTNER WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES FOCUSED ON ADDRESSING CLIMATE CONCERNS TO INCREASE THE IMPACT OF THE INFORMATION SHARED AND ITS ABILITY TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. APPROXIMATELY 30% OF THE CORPORATION'S TIME AND BUDGET WILL BE SPENT ON THIS ACTIVITY.THERE WAS NO ACTIVITY IN 2022.
