MEMBER SERVICES - THIS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON PROVIDING THE MEMBER AGENCIES WITH INFORMATION, ANALYSIS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND RELATED SERVICES. IT INCLUDES ANNUAL MEMBER MEETINGS, WEBINARS, WORKING GROUPS, A LISTSERV, SPECIAL BRIEFINGS, AND INDIVIDUALIZED ANALYSIS IN RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FROM MEMBERS.
JOINT PROJECTS - THIS PROGRAM ADDRESSES SPECIFIC HIGH-PRIORITY ISSUES THAT MULTIPLE MEMBER AGENCIES FACE. IT PROMOTES SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS TO SHARED PROBLEMS.
