FOUNDATION FOR AN INDEPENDENT TOMORROW EMPOWERS UNEMPLOYED AND UNDEREMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS IN SOUTHERN NEVADA INTO JOBS THAT PAY ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES WITHOUT PUBLIC ASSISTANCE. FIT PROVIDES JOB TRAINING, COACHING AND SUPPORT BASED ON JOB SEEKERS' INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND SKILLS EMPLOYERS TELL US THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. FIT'S UNIQUE SERVICE PROVIDES CLIENTS WITH THE HOPE FOR A SECOND CHANCE OR NEW BEGINNING.

THE FOUNDATION FUNDS QUALIFIED CANDIDATES TRAINING/EDUCATION AND BASIC LIVING NEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CHARITABLE MISSION. FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO 153 PEOPLE. 1,959 PEOPLE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION AND ASSESSMENT PHASE OF THE PROGRAM.


THE FOUNDATION FUNDS QUALIFIED CANDIDATES TRAINING/EDUCATION AND BASIC LIVING NEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CHARITABLE MISSION. DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO 395 PEOPLE. 1,974 PERSONS COMPLETED THE APPLICATION AND ASSESSMENT PHASE OF THE PROGRAM.
