SHAKESPEARE AT LAKE TAHOE DRAWS THOUSANDS OF TOURISTS EACH YEAR TO THE LOCAL AREA TO SEE THE PRODUCTION OF SHAKESPEAREAN PLAYS.
YOUNG SHAKESPEARE, INTERACT AND CAMP ARE PROGRAMS DESIGNED AS AN OUTREACH OF EDUCATION TO CHILDREN, EXPOSING THEM TO SHAKESPEARE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF THEATRE, MUSIC AND ART IN THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES.
NUMEROUS ARTISTIC AND MUSICAL PERFORMANCES ARE PRESENTED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC DURING THE COURSE OF THE YEAR OUTSIDE OF THE SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL, ALLOWING ADDITIONAL EXPOSURE TO CULTURAL EVENTS.
