WIFI'S ACTIVITIES ARE TO 1) ATTRACT WOMEN TO CAREERS IN FLOORING THROUGH AWARDS THAT PROFILE EXCELLENCE IN AND THE DIVERSITY OF CAREERS THAT WOMEN HOLD IN DIVERSE SECTORS OF THE FLOORING INDUSTRY, AND WRITING BLOGS AND ARTICLES THAT HIGHLIGHT WOMEN IN CAREERS IN FLOORING. 2) EDUCATE WOMEN IN THE FLOORING INDUSTRY AND BEYOND THROUGH: SCHOLARSHIPS FOR COLLEGE, TECHNICAL, AND TRADE SCHOOL EDUCATION, AS WELL AS CONTINUING EDUCATION. WIFI ALSO HOSTS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES, AND PROVIDES AN ADULT TO ADULT MENTORING PROGRAM. 3) EMPOWER WOMEN WITH CAREERS IN FLOORING THROUGH EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AT EVENTS AROUND THE COUNTRY WHERE WIFI LEVERAGES SKILLS BASED VOLUNTEERING TO HAVE WOMEN SUPPORT WITH OTHER WOMEN.
