THE IDDEAL PLACE COMMUNITY SUPPORTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR ADULTS WITH MILD TO MODERATE INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN AN ENRICHED STATE-OF-THE-ART HOUSING COMMUNITY. TO DATE THEY HAVE SECURED A LONG-TERM LEASE FROM THE PULTE FAMILY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ON 3.27 ACRES OF LAND IN LAKE WORTH PALM BEACH COUNTY. PLANS ARE CURRENTLY BEING DEVELOPED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING #1 WITH 18 BEDS RESIDENTIAL BUILDING #2 WITH SIX BEDS A DIRECTOR'S HOUSE AND OUTDOOR SPACES FOR PASSIVE RECREATION AND SOCIALIZATION.
