YMCA SUPPORT ORG, A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION HAS BEEN FORMED AS A SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC., A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION ("YMCA SF"). YMCA SF IS AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"). YMCA SF'SMISSION IS TO PUT JUDEO-CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES INTO PRACTICE THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT BUILD HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY FOR ALL. YMCA SUPPORT ORG IS IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING THE L.A.
