IN THE FIRST YEAR OF EXISTENCE FOR THE HENDERSON BASKETBALL ACADEMY WE WERE ABLE TO REACH OVER 80 FAMILIES FROM MONTHS DECEMBER 2021 - AUGUST OF 2022. FOCUSING ON STUDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO COULD NOT OTHERWISE MONETARILY PARTICIPATE IN CERTAIN EVENTS. WE WERE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY HOLD 42 YOUNG MEN TO KEEP THEIR GRADE POINT AVERAGES ABOVE A 3.5 BECOMING THE FIRST ACADEMIC BASED BASKETBALL PROGRAM IN HENDERSON NEVADA. GLAD TO SAY THIS IS OUR FIRST YEAR AND WE DID A LOT WITHOUT ANY LOANS OR GRANTS. AS WE CONTINUE TO BUILD WE WILL DISCOVER OTHER OPTIONS THAT WILL ALLOW US TO SUCCEED.
